SRS-232 Series
Protection for Computers or Peripherals
The SRS-232, utilizing silicon avalanche clamp devices, is a state-of-the-art surge protector for IEEE Standard RS-232C peripheral devices.
The SRS-232 simply plugs in series with the data cable at or very near the equipment to be protected. If very long cable runs or outdoor runs are present, then additional hybrid protectors at the building entry of the cable are recommended (see PC642 Series).
